PROJECT GOALS
The EnterTech training program serves
employers, educators and learners by providing:
1. Employers with employees
who are:
- ready for entry-level
positions in technology and related
supply and service industries;
- equipped to solve work-related
problems and add value to their workplace;
and,
- prepared to continue
improving their skills and education.
2. Educators with a unique,
innovative and engaging training program
for personal skills critical to employers
but not normally taught in conjunction
with job skills training.
3. Students with the confidence
that "They can do it", the skills
to be successful in an entry-level job,
and the desire to continue learning.
