PROCESS

EnterTech instruction is framed
within a "referral and support"
model to assist students successfully gain
the skills and situational stability required
for improved job placements and better wages.
The model includes procedures for referring
appropriate students into the program, providing
an accommodating and supportive learning environment,
and connecting students to further work and
training opportunities upon program completion.
Students should be made aware
of the prerequisite requirements, learning
goals and instructional environment of the
EnterTech Project, of available community
support resources, and of opportunities for
continued personal development through work
or educational placements.
