The EnterTech Project was envisioned to demonstrate the effectiveness of simulation-based eLearning to rapidly impart essential job skills. EnterTech is designed to assist learners attain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to enter, maintain, and succeed in entry-level jobs.

EnterTech’s employer-validated learning goals are based on extensive employer input, job profiling, and national standards. The program provides practical "on the job" experience through simulated work tasks. Students interact with virtual coworkers and supervisors in an interactive narrative storyline that changes based on student choice.

The work simulation and compelling narrative drama combine with group projects, workbook activities, and the support and facilitation of an instructor to create an integrated and interactive learning environment, designed to promote both a community of learning and individual student success.
