Approximately 70% of instruction
occurs within the simulated computer-based
environment. Interactive multimedia --
computer-generated sound, video, graphics,
and text – creates the interactive
simulation of a technology manufacturing
workplace.
Each simulated task is preceded
with an introduction to the task by a
virtual coworker or supervisor. The quick
tutorial provides an animated and narrative
overview to the task. After the overview,
the simulated task immediately loads.
Students can replay the overviews by going
into the Online Resource Center.
