PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

LEVELING SYSTEM

EnterTech performance objectives are sorted into Level 3, 4 and 5 performance levels. This system allows for students to move from knowing, to doing, to using skills; this is termed in EnterTech as "Say It," "Do It," and "Use It" levels.

Level 3: Say It

Learner is able to state, describe, or explain procedures and concepts. Tasks are simple and well directed.

Level 4: Do It

Learner is able to correctly perform tasks without significant help from others and without significant errors. Tasks are more difficult; learner requires minimum direction.

Level 5: Use It

Learner has integrated knowledge and skills to solve novel problems and to exhibit proper attitudes to situation. Tasks are fairly complex and learner is self-directed.
