PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

MORE ABOUT PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Within EnterTech’s engaging work simulations, multiple performance objectives are presented to a learner at any given time. For example, in the packing task students are being evaluated on ability to locate information, perform basic arithmetic, and to apply strategy skills for efficient use of company materials.

The EnterTech curriculum builds skills through incremental steps, from simple to complex thinking, from easy to challenging exercises, and from directed to self-directed learning behaviors. To accommodate a great diversity of prior experiences and learning styles, the program responds to individual skills achievement through a three-tiered leveling system of the performance objectives. Learning builds from sequential steps throughout the instructional experience and students receive multiple exposures to the three levels of each performance objective.
